Is it unusual for it to get to this stage? We were hoping for it to be over by now

So are you saying this letter can be ignored?
-
Can't it just be the defendant though?

Who is person attending the mediation appointment? Is it supposed to be a mediator or my partner herself

Ok thanks. But if this letter is our copy of a letter sent to someone else then why do we have to do anything it asks us to do?
-
I thought they had 28 days to respond to our defence - they are way over that time limit

Can anyone advise on what this letter means. Haven't heard anything for two months then got this the other day I don't understand the "A copy of the defence has already been sent to you by the defendant" I thought my partner was the defendant?

-
Has anyone got the link where I send the defence to
-
Can I represent her in court if it gets to that stage?

The signs in that car park have since been lowered nearer ground level thus…

Is this ok for section 3? 3. Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. It was a long time ago but from what I recollect the signs were sparsely placed, very high up without their own lights and in a dark car park at night. The signs in that car park have now been lowered nearer ground level than they were in 2021
