I'm in Greece. As far as I know some banks here do offer pre-paid cards but mine isn't one of them.

Is it worth me making a claim? We travelled back on a virgin Atlantic plane from orlando to Gatwick in December 2010-it was delayed by around 6 hours and 10 minutes and we ended up landing at Heathrow, it was delayed because of snow

Years ago i stupidly planted mint straight into the garden which now means we end up with loads of the stuff. I was going to make some kind of mint chutney/relish/sauce with it but can't seem to find a recipe i like the look of (anyone got any?) What would you do with it?

Am going to make paper bunting to string across the ceiling, decorated with purple and blue stamped snowflakes, should look quite nice. sophsnan, i've had a go at making the clove oranges a few times but it absolutely kills my fingers-they do smell lovely though.

You could always use a piece of coalface from lush https://www.lush.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=178&category_id=493&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=80 Could cut it into 4 or 2 if you have more than one to do?

I'm sorry but i'm being really dim-i can see a picture of how to fold a flannel cupcake and a picture of a finished sock cupcake but not how to fold the socks :confused:

It definately is a kick in the teeth and neither should be allowed, our house was off the market for 11 weeks after it was all agreed, they know if they wait till the last possible moment they have you by the short and curlies, the way the market is now you never know when your house will sell.

the people who are buying it agreed on it in november so all the surveys etc have already been done, 11 weeks later they decided they couldn't afford it so a new price was agreed.

O/h's family put th family home up for sale in late october, got quite a few viewings and an offer in november, asking price was 750, they offered 725 which was accepted. !! weeks later they decided they couldn't afford it and could thy have it for 680 instead, couple of weeks later and it was negotiated to 695 and we have…
