You guys/gals are getting some good renewal offers! Called back today and was offered the same deals as last time - £29.99pm on superfast fibre (same as what I have and pay now) or a free upgrade to superfast fibre 2 for £29.99pm. Was hoping I could get a discount on my current plan but it does not seem forthcoming.

Why is the bonus not guaranteed? If the T&Cs are met then surely this would be paid out? I have seen a few comments about this too and a support request might be needed to be raised to ensure payment.

Good point, I didn't sign up. Said I'd think about it and let them know. Though, they didn't state "without penalty" and I'm not optimistic they would agree to this concession for an individual consumer.

Just called and got through to the Value team - is this the same as the loyalty team? Spoke to 3 different people and all said I'm on the best package available which is £29.99 for Superfast Fibre 1 (52mbps).
