Ta. The listing has gone now, they don't have anymore for sale

Cheers. The fault started after about 9 months. The manufacturer hasn't said why, they just got me to do some troubleshooting Fridge was £34.49 inc delivery and it's an Amex credit card The seller isn't a personal account, but can't seem to see a contact address for them?
-
The discount amount £8.18

Thanks everyone for the help I logged the chargeback with Barclaycard and they awarded it to me a few days later, didn't contact me to ask anything They've sent a letter confirming the same and that the case is now closed (I initially thought they'd put the amount on freeze)

So quite a few questions so will try and answer them It was a Visa The new bill was sent after the items were delivered I regularly get 40% off groceries from uber eats, it's a great discount but the prices are inflated, so it works out about 20% off compared to store prices but I usually shop for the right items and take…
-
Yes, but again, I've done that before with no issues
-
Nope, like I said, done this before and it's been fine, all standard grocery items
-
No, all normal standard groceries
-
it was a voucher redeemed from a survey site, I've used it before with no issues
-
Yes, had to spend over £20, which I did, no substitutes or missing items
-
This what I keep asking them and they won't confirm which I've double checked and can't see anything

Apologies if I've added in too much, but it states he the vendor as beneficial owner, herby conveys unto the purchaser all that messuage or dwelling house number XXX street aforesaid togther with land forming the site thereof and used therewith (part of the original plot) and which for purposes of indentification but not…

There is some mention on the title deeds about right to passage for people to the covered passageway (alleyway), but nothing specific about responsibility, but I'm assuming it's me then?
-
My first floor extends over the alleyway
-
I can't find the original deeds, although I need to check in my loft yet. I've purchased the ones online and it doesn't mention the accessway, however within what is marked as the boundary, it includes the accessway as my house goes over some of it, the bit between the houses
-
Ah, not sure, I need to dig out my original deeds to be sure, if it's the latter, am I responsible then?
-
Thanks, sigh, it's not that clear and simple from what I can read It doesn't look like the fact I want to do the electrical inspection makes any difference either
-
Thanks, will have a locksmith with me anyway and the agency I use that do annual inspections, as well as the gentleman who will do the electrical inspection!
-
Thanks All, for some reason when I first looked at the calculator and tables it wasn't as clear Especially thanks to @SDLT_Geek for showing the exact difference of missing the holiday

Should have said, I've spoken with Barclays and they're investigating it, I was just wondering if anyone has been in a similar position and they've put them back on the original rate
