Thank you. I think the only option would be to go down the route of a fit note from the doctor. We managed to get the council tax reduction. i think we will try for the council tax benifit next too . thank you

Thank you for your reply, Well I asume that what they are predicting but we don't even use what we've been predicted at £157 a month. I know the winter is coming but we won't be using anywhere near that. I want to keep it at £157 as I can't afford the hike. the only option I have left is to cancel the direct debit and pay…

see below, When I try and ajust it back to £157 it say's 'todays one off payment' With regards to 'agreeing with them' I can't get hold of anyone! i've found it imposible :(
