Parking fine issued by UK PC

Hi just a parking fine from UK pc showing my car parked at 12.50 am in a car park . They say I did not pay the ticket issued to me . I was in this car park 12 hours earlier the day before and no ticket was on windscreen. I have enclosed letter showing my appointment was 12 hours earlier and said I had no ticket on windscreen. I can prove I was there at this time as I have letter to prove it . Also because I am disabled I can’t drive at night . Photo shows car at night at 12.50 am . Any ideas
