What should I do if I think I'm being scammed?
This is a question that pops up a lot on the Forum. If I think I'm being scammed, what should I do?

How can I be sure a call or text is from my bank?
I'll kick things off with the first question. Sadly we often hear about scammers who call or text people, pretending to be their bank. How can I make sure a call or text that looks like it's from my bank really is?

Marketplace scam
I’ve been scammed on Marketplace. I’m resigned to the fact there probably nothing I can do but wondered if there is? Facebook have no way of reporting this that I can find. The seller is still listing and not responding to messages. Is there anything I can do?

Discount Gift Cards
I have had a couple of bargains in the past by using Money I have banked in a Cashback site to buy discounted Gift Cards. Then it was Zeek. Are there any similar sites around ? You can still buy the Gift Cards with Cashback but they are just Face value.

Chipping in with a question that gets asked a lot elsewhere on the Forum. What are my return rights if I've bought something in the sale?

I'm not sure whether paying direct debit (risking a high payment due to lack of history for the homes / not knowing my usage) or whether paying monthly/as my bills arrive is the better option? I…

Fixing and Cooling Off periods
So I've read a few messages about people thinking about fixing now before the cap is announced, and then if it's not so bad they can back out of their fixed rate and revert to SVR or similar as they are within a "cooling off period" The cap date is 26/8 ( for October I believe ) - if I want to use a cooling off period is…
