Boots No.17 ACM voucher glitch

I had a quick search to see if this had been posted but I've been on the mulled wine so sorry if I missed it!

I needed some new pressed powder so went to Boots earlier.
ACM gave me a voucher for a free no.17 crackle top coat with any other no.17 purchase.
If you spend 5.99 you get a smokey eye palette gwp.

I picked up the pressed powder (3.99) along with the top coat (3.99 reduced to 1.99) and the gwp. I also bought a 6.49 hair colour.

My total was 8.48 so only 1.99 for all 3 no.17 products.
It looks like I was charged 1.99 for the crackle top coat but the voucher took off the original price of 3.99!
Gwp has 3 dark eyeshadows, eye pencil and brush. It would make a good stocking filler for a teenager.

Hey. Thanks for this. It has been posted before but a little while ago. I have taken advantage of it a couple of times but it seems my local Boots have rectified the glitch and it doesn't work for me any longer.

Pick up the health and beauty magazine free with your advantage card . In the coupons is a half price magnetic nail polish which is £4 at the moment. Pick up the crackle nail polish, the magnetic nail polish and the free smokey eye palette the three costs £1.99. Let the sales assistant put all the items through before you hand her/him the coupons. Yesterday I did this again and it came to nil don't know why

Got 2 vouchers from the ACM today-one for half price magnitised nail polish and one for free crackle top coat when you buy any 17 product. Looking at my reciept I have got both products for free. It went through like this:

17 magnet nail £5.99
17 crackle tc £3.99 (Now £1.99)
-Saving £2.00

Coupon
(Includes previous 17 magnet nail)
Saving - £2.00
(Includes 17 magnet nail)
(Includes previous 17 crackle tc)
Saving -£3.99

Save
(Includes previous magnet nail)
Saving -£1.99

I'm not really sure what's happened, but it looks like all charges have been cancelled off!

There's also a voucher for a half price lipstick, so maybe it will work the same way too?!

you could have also had the free eye pallette free too if you scanned it through last on the transaction

re above post ive just used a 17 lipstick half price voucher and a free 17 nail crackle voucher and also picked up the eye pallette free gift (twice as 2 sets of vouchers;)) and was only charged .49p for each transaction and rec 8 points as well x thanyou x you must scan the eye pallette last else will not work though x happy shopping x

I got 2 good acm vouchers today (2 sets of them

) - free 17 nail crackle (£3.99) when you buy any 17 item, and half price 17 magnetized nail colour (£5.99). However, the magnetized nail colour is already £2 off, so is £3.99. Half price and a free nail crackle means I paid £2 total for both nail colours

I got some last week but had to complain to boots as the quality of the varnish dreadful it lasted not even 1 day before peeling and flakeing off in big chunks (like half the nail at a time). So before you stock up on too many check out the quality as may not be worth it

did you use a topcoat chattmum? I see thats recommended on the reviews for the magnetized nail colour.

Hi, yes used top coat (Rimmel one). It's strange as I've had 17 varnishes before and they are usually good but the magnetic one was just dreadful boots said I could just be bad bottle so going to try another colour.

The crackle ones are really good tho the good coloured one is really nice looks fab with neon colours underneath
