There's no mention of "free" on that link.
How does the website work ?

Never ever ever ever ever have anything to do with Vista Print. Known for taking cash out of your bank account and hoping you don't notice. :naughty:

In your experience. Personally I've used them a number of times and never had a problem.

I think you could be in a minority:

I also don't understand why people have such a downer on Vistaprint. Basically after you've completed the transaction, they invite you to join something, and make it perfectly clear that there is a monthly fee. I think what the problem is that people don't read things properly and just click links willy-nilly! I have used Vistaprint many times, and have found them to be great. I have business cards with my own photo on which I designed very easily on their website, also address labels, and most recently 2 magnetic signs for my car so I can advertise my services while I'm driving around! I also have one of their T-shirts. It's OK, but I would prefer if it was a more skinny-fit style suitable for women.

And everything from Vistaprint is so cheap! I would really recommend them- but just be careful about reading things very carefully before clicking.

Used the for years like many others with no problems.

If you are the type of person who doesn't read what you are clicking yes to then you only have yourself to blame, it's not like they don't tell you, thanks that's your order complete if you wish to join the vista rewards programme press next etc etc. Type of person who signs a contract without reading it, you agreed to it, they didn't take it without you confirming it!!

Yes, I totally agree with you BexTech. Also I forgot to mention that their customer service is very good. Once I received a pack of business cards which weren't quite right- slightly off-centre but still useable. I contacted them and they immediately sent out another pack. I didn't have to return the 'faulty' ones.

And again I ordered one of the large size car magnets and it fell off when I was driving along. I phoned Vistaprint and they immediately gave me a refund and an apology. I've since ordered 2 small magnets and they have been great- maybe because they're lighter?!

I've never bought a thing from them. I have however, read hundreds upon hundreds of stories from people who've been scammed by them over the years. Their T&C's haven't always been as transparent as some of you claim they are now.

I must say I'm very impressed with the quality of the Vistaprint items that I've ordered. Delivery is usually quicker than stated on their website and well packaged.

I've been using them for years.

No one has been scammed, people are just too lazy or stupid (I'll leave that to others to decide) to read what they are clicking yes sign up to...

I mean you even have on here people complaining that BT want to charge them a cancellation fee because they want to end their contract early, even though they agreed to the contract.

People should start to take account of their own actions and stop blaming others all the time.
