Looking At Proceeding With Iva With Cccs

I had a 45 minute telephone appointment with CCCS last week and they have recommended IVA, I have recieved paperwork from them, but unfortunately had to rearrange next telephone appointment for today until next wednesday.
I have a fewquestions ready that I want to ask before proceeding, has anyone got any suggestions as to any other questions I should be looking at asking?
Obviously my creditors are now back on my case as the last months payments from DMP with Payplan were reduced due to me having less wages this month due to time of sick......but have not answered phone to anyone who's number I don't know [ have caller display ]...will continue to do that until speaking to advisor next week.
