so have just emailed the mag, will put on here when i get a reply

I think we need to enter again when the site is working properly. I found this in their Q&As.

i'm hoping mine's gone through as well, there is a postcard route as well in the entry details , if anyone wants to use it just in case..

says.. postcard entries will be accepted as long as they are set out as the entry coupon..
