Ciabatta recipe please?

I'm sorry but I have searched but cant find one for the breadmaker :confused: . I'd like to make ciabatta pizza dough.

Anyone got any recipes?

    I thought there was a recipe for ciabatta in the panasonic recipe booklet? :confused:

    Failing that, this one posted recently by Softstuff could be adapted for the breadmaker.

    There is one :j It's the regular 500g flour recipe, with 3Tbsp olive oil as the fat, and no milk powder. It uses the Italian Bake programme. I didn't know I had such a thing :o so I may be trying it too ;)
