Solar Power Phone/iPOD charges

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a good value for money solar power or windup charger for mobiles phones and ipods?

i've seen some such as the Power Monkey but they do seem quite pricey.

I haven't tried solar chargers, but I have a wind up torch that also acts as a phone charger. It takes an awful lot of winding to do a full charge with a Sony Ericsson W810i.

and there's an adapter available for the iPod on that page for a further £1.50. I don't know what the shipping would be on that one.
