    Thanks for the responses,

    I haven't ever taken out PPI's.
    I am now looking into the bank charges issue, does this apply to any credit card charges incurred?

    I will have a think about the CCA senario, no harm in sending off for them I suppose.

    And thank you RAS I have already setup a snowball, superb thing, had it going a month now! But really appreciate you putting it in there, something everyone should be aware of!

    The big advantege of credit card charges is that they are not halted by the court case, so get them reclaimed pronto.
