when you win with golden balls?

When you win with golden balls and this morning etc what will happen if you miss the phone call? do they still send it? also how long after you win does it take to receive the cheque?
also can you enter a mobile number or does it have to be a landline

I Had a win with Real deal, which I received the phone call in the afternoon and about 2 weeks later received my cheque, they did say it would lake up to 4 weeks as the cheque comes from ITV, which I presume Golden Balls will as well. They need to clarify your details and to get an address so I would presume they will call back, mine was not a withheld number as well, and had a landline number to ring in case of problems

I always put a mobile number as it is always with me

I also won with Real Deal. I missed 3 calls from them and finally I rang them back (I Googled the number and had a suspicion it was an ITV comp). My cheque took about 2 weeks to arrive.

You can enter either landline or mobile number, it doesn't matter.

Have you still got the number, its just that when I got home this week I rang 1471 and there was an unknown number, it would be just nice to know what sort of number it was. Thanks
