Have you tried any local greetings card warehouses, maybe a minimum spend.

My local warehouse accepted details as per kids schools (pta with no id) but minimum spend was £50 - soon spentd that alone even with friend and mom on xmas decs, cards, b/day cards (12 for a £1) - card shop value and xmas pressys for kids - boxes tended to be cd / dvd size 25p +vat.??????
