10K what to do ??

Hi all,
After spending a great deal of time reading everybody elses post thought it was about time i did one of my own.
I have 10K to either put into Isa's and the remainder in high interest web account or....pay 10K off my mortgage which is.....
£165,000 fixed at 4.8% for two years, total mortgage term 15 years,
Anyone know what's best or is more info needed ?
