Looking At Proceeding With Iva With Cccs

I've had my first telephone appointment with advisor who recommended IVA over BR.....have recieved pack....but unfortunately have had to rearrange next telephone appointment originally for tomorrow to next Wednesday....I have a few questions to ask advisor next week before proceeding, does anyone have any suggestions regarding questions I should ask?

I would ask what the advantages of an IVA are over bankruptcy. Your details will still be on the Individual Insolvency Register for anyone to see, I'm sure it will affect your credit rating the same etc. I can't really see what the advantages are but I didn't really look into it.
