Iqor recovery services help please

You'll have to forgive everything from here on in its my first post ( I usually just lurk).

So the story goes....
May 2007 Hubbies CSA arrears were past to Legal and trade who are now trading as IQor recovery services.

May 2007 we had a nice letter saying pay us £5500.
we called them and asked if they would except £80 per month.
they said no but would except £115 per month.

I've paid this every month.

November 2007 I wrote to them and told them I couldn't afford to pay but would double the paymnet in December, which I did.

I then carried on with my normal payment.

May 2008 I called them and asked them for some more payment slips. ( and this is where the fun starts)

June 2008 they sent the payment slips saying the wanted paymnet by 19th may (we were already in June) and they wanted £204 ( thats an £89 increase).

Today picked up his payslip to find £204 had been taken out of his wages. (nobody said it was going out of his wages now)

Hubby called them and they say
They haven't received a payment in March 2008. ( it was paid)

They say they called us twice a day every day since March (we've changed our number since setting up this arrangement)

They say they don't have to deal with us anymore they only have to deal with hubbys work.

After an hour on the phone with them, and now speaking to the manager, they said they had sent four letters (nothing received here).

I took the phone off hubby before he completely blew his top and they have agreed to look at the account again ( sure it was only said coz it was gone 5pm and they wanted to go home).

So my questions are:
how do i get them to reduce the amount back to the £115?
can I get them to except payment slips again now they have a deduction of earnings order on hubby?
any other advice for dealing with these ppl?
