Reserving a mortgage 6 months in advance

Hello all,
I have a nationwide tracker which is due to switch to the SVR come mid-December. It was taken out whilst trackers were cheap (@ about 0.12% below base rate).
Month on month, an increasing number of mortgage deals appear to be withdrawn from the marketplace.
I was wondering whether there's any decent mortgage offers out which can be reserved 6 months in advance.

My mortgage deal isn't up until 2nd November and most companies will already reserve me rates as I don't want to leave it until then as I am convinced the offers out there will be appauling by that time!0
