"5p of petrol"? At 119p a litre, 5 pence worth of petrol works out at a whole 42 millilitres of the stuff if my maths is right! ;)

saw this this morning when I filled up, it sounds good but not such an amazing offer when you look at the detail. say you need 40 litres to fill up the average car, 40 x 5p = £2.00 saving. Well worth it if you're going to spend £50 at sainsburys anyway but not something that maybe get too excited about if you don't .

does anyone know when the current sainsburys petrol deal finishes. Saw the advert on TV a few days ago but missed the end date.

Also can anyone confirm if the voucher issued at the till is only vaild for 7 days.
