Organic deodorant - any recommendations?

Please can some of you recommend an organic deodorant. Over a period of time I have been switching all of my toiletries over to organic products with great success, except for deodorant.
I have tried Yaoh - didn't work at all, Jason - reasonably OK (not as organic as I would like!). I am currently using a salt stone, which again is OK.
Any thoughts/recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I don;t know if its organic, but Pit Rok is very good and I am currently using another just now but cannot remember the name DOH!
I am a man (lol) and used to sweat loads even using Lynx 24, the pit rok and the new one are amazing beter than anything I have used previously0 -
Oh,
I forgot to say I am like you changed most of my habits to organic, but deodarant is hard organic wise. The ones I gave are not organic but are 100% natural, so depends how organic you want to be really.
to me natural is more important but if I can readily get organic products I will.
An example is my local butcher buys only from local farms, they are not certified organic, but I know they are as good as, as I see them roaming in the fields.
Sorry kind of went of topic, but you get the idea.0 -
I won a deodorant and toothpaste in competition. Its called Miessence. Its fantastic (I'm usually the heavy duty aluminium type - due to necessity!). The only drawback is its from Australia - the distance is too far for my ethical tastes I'm afraid. Local agents sell it (I've found a local agent who is a friend too) but it is airfreighted in. So can't buy it myself as I can't condone this but as we all have different ethical beliefs then if you are looking for organic then it is the best I have found (deodorants in general, not just green ones).
Hope this helps.0 -
I like PitRok too. It works very well for me and lasts a long time, it also doesn't smell of anything.0

I use PitRok as well as I am allergic to antiperspirants. It costs about £6 and should last you 6-12 months.0

you could try mud or cow pie0

Bicarbonate of soda works well for a DIY version. Not organic, but if you'd eat it, I'm sure it's ok to put on the skin!0

How about using nothing and smelling the way god meant you to smell, and its good for the envoiroment too!0

Lush do powder or solid deoderants using natural ingredients and no aluminium. They are made in the UK, and are available mail order if there is no store near you.
