Well obviously I did NOT copy them over, I deleted them and started again as he asked. He said he appreciated that it was hard not to repeat some statements but that the fewer repeated words the better due to the search engine thing. He did say he was enjoying my reviews though so it was worth changing the 8 I had originally copied over.
As for bview, I got my Amazon voucher by post this morning which was great, only three days since I mailed and asked for it.To be frugal, you need to spend money wisely, simply spending less is not enough. If you can't handle me at my worst then you don't deserve me at my best...Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I will try again tomorrow.0 -
I got a mail from Simon (bview) today, asking me to be a Regional Reviewer
(copied from email)
So, using my outstanding powers of deduction, I'll answer your next question before you've even asked it... What's in it for you? The answer's easy.
1) Helping other community members to learn more about your local area and benefit from your knowledge and experience.
and
2) Cash. We'll give you 10p for each and every BView Influence point you earn (up to a maximum of £250).
Apparently i've already got 274 points so i guess thats £2.74
Shame that all my local businesses are closing down though:rolleyes:
BVIEW just gets better and better:TThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -

Woohoo! Me, too! :T Will have to read all the ins and outs when I'm not so tired though - can't take in what I have to do at the moment (just done 3 MS reports so my mind's not really with it!)0 -
Me too
I have 918, can't wait
Isn't that £27.40? It's 10p per point rather than 1p?0 -

But will they pay you for points you've already made (reviews that have already been paid for with Amazon vouchers and hence paying for the points as well will mean double payments) or are they paying for all points made from now onwards (now that the Amazon offer has finished)?0 -

The email from Simon states how many points you have - I wouldn't think he'd go to the trouble of telling each of us the number of points we have if they don't count towards the payout???0 -
Received my amazon vouchers today - I wrote my reviews over a week ago but I did not email them regarding the delay in receiving the vouchers. i just sent them address and waited. Really happy to see my gift certificate account going up and up for xmas shopping.0

No the previous ones don't count - I asked last night and:
"We can't reward for previous points, but any you earn above the 918 you had when I sent the invite will be counted (you've already got 10 more points - so £1 already
Towards the end of next month, we will get in touch with everyone involved and ask for some specific feedback, but in the mean time - good luck
Simon"
Which is understandable because of the memory stick, voucher and £100 amazon vouchers they sent out - more than enough reward already0 -
That's what I thought!!0
