In the end i used my finger nail to scratch the mark off! It's worked brilliantly, I think all I needed was an abrasive material...one that wouldn't absolutely ruin the shoes, and now they're good as new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pleased you've solved the stain problem on your trainers.

I deal with dirty/black marks on the white leather of my trainers by using Cif cream. Depending on the area and how stubborn the mark is, I either use a cloth or nail brush to apply the Cif. Then rinse off and they're sparkling clean again.

You might want to try that next time..........and save damaging your fingernails.;)

haha, thanks yeh I will have to try that one out next time I get one of those annoying marks! So far so good on the finger nail front though! :j
