Hi
Not sure where to post this sorry!
Does anyone know the nutritional value for one bottle of 500ml Kopparberg pear cider?
I looked on their website but couldn't see it

As its got pears in though then surely you could count it as one of your five a day? If you then offset this against the calories then I reckon it will be ok.:beer:You can't go wrong with carpet bombing...0 -
Or just have a bottle of all 4 flavours for 4 of your 5 a day! Top it off with a chocolate orange and job done! lol

Exactly, this nutrition thing is dead easy! Makes you wonder why there are so many lardies out there doesn't it? I would also recommend Belgian fruit beers as they have fruit AND hops in so thats 2 in 1. I think pork scratchings would be pushing it though...You can't go wrong with carpet bombing...0

Their website is all in Swedish but I am sure a lot of Swedish people speak good english, so you could ask the company directly;)Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
