I think it is right !!! more points than spend cant be bad !
Can i ask if anyone knows what the sanctuary 100 points goes through with?

I got the Sanctuary Body mitts on Friday. They were £3.50 and got 100 pts.

Not really a bargain, but I was going to buy them anyway so thought it would be rude to not get the extra points!

yesterday i used a pc bogof med range voucher and got 2 x med gift bags @ 9.99 for 0.00, i also got 55p cotton buds and used a 500 points on 10 baby spend :)

I think you need to come and give lessons and run day trips to the stores by you..I would never have thought about that combo !! ..your SA's don't seem to batter an eyelid either! 2 gift bags, cotton buds and 500 points for 55p WOW and all the garnier stuff you posted about yesterday...and I wasn't even allowed a 2nd H&B mag today , i dread to think what would have happened if I'd tried that at the tills today:p
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

Last few shops for me (Northfield B'ham, Bull Ring B'ham and Redditch) I haven't found any bargains at all- the sanctuary stuff that was reduced was back up to full price, ditto S&G- should have bought more of the lip gloss at 2 quid!

So I was glad that I stashed up when I could- lesson learned!! hehe

    Hi Clare,
You should have no problems taking the perfume set back. I returned all of the ones I had bought at 50% off and rebought them at 75% off! SA wasn't delighted (can't really blame her!) but she didn't quibble or query it. (I nearly didn't do this as I *hate* having to take things back, and it was all the more embarrassing as I had bought 7 sets :o. Added up the difference though and in total the saving was £55  so plucked up the courage and now very glad I did :D. I hate it when the price goes down just after I've bought something )

Which Provocative set did you get Clare? I had a look online and the only one I could find was http://www.boots.com/brandtreatment/product_details_brand_treatment.jsp?productid=1088456&classificationid=1039840
That seems cheaper though at £21
    HTH.

PS Cribbs also had the Garnier Summer body sprays which go through at 0.00 - they were reduced to £2 on clearance and then the till came up with "link -save- save £2.00" i.e. free, but my SA spotted it and said she'd have to over-ride it and put it through as £2,.

someone else may be luckier, tho'!

I treated myself to an Elizabeth Arden "Provocative Woman" giftset, reduced from £40 to £15, but I've come home wearing it (from the in store tester) and my OH says he hates it. Wonder if I'll be able to take it back? If anyone on here likes the fragrance and would like a £15 bargain, I could see how much it would be to post out to you - it's a pretty big box so it would cost £3 ish I would think.Anyone like it?

I decided to treat myself out of my pts (Well why not) :p

So took advantage of the Clarins offer, which is buy any two items (one to be skincare and get ' A collection of 6 free travel essential worth £52 and a bright summer carry all.' Offer ends on 13th July.

I bought the box set. Cost £24.00 Which consists of:-
    1. Full size cleansing Milk.
    2. Full size toning lotion
    3. Minis Day cream
    4. Mini night lotion.
    5. Also a cosmetic bag,(Silver)
    6. A travel case (green)
This cost £24.00 and counted as my skincare.

Also bought a foaming cleanser for £14
Cost = £38.00 paid with pts.

If I had been paying cash I would have had 1000pts added to my card .

The gifts with the Red bag are
    1. Mini gloss appeal (lip gloss)
    2. Body scrub 75 ml
    3. Moisture-Rich body lotion 100 ml
    4. Multi active day cream 30ml
    5. After sun moisturiser 20 ml
    6. 0.5 floz Eau Dynamisante fragrance (There is a choice of 2)

Wow, those were points well spent! You are tempting me, even though I have enough Olay cleansers to have a lovely, clean mug for the next couple of years, lol.

    Another of my recent purchases.

I remember someone describing their ideal make up bag recently (Sorry cannot remember who)

But they said that they wanted something big that they could see at a glance what was in it and it needed to open right up.

This bag would fit the bill perfectly and it is really lovely. Cost £7.50
    Contains mirror and body polisher

It was me :rotfl: It looks lovely too. I bought the TB vanity case last week for a tenner so it might be wise to complete the set! LOL
I did look at this one but it was stapled shut and so I didnt realise it opened out like that.

Im confused now, how did the PC bogof work out to be nought to pay on 2 Med gift bags:confused:

I've got a couple of vouchers going spare...
1 X Free Revlon Mascara when you purchase any other Revlon item - valid until 9th July - from last week's Metro newspaper
1 X vouchers from the hair insert from the latest Boots magazine - so 200 extra points with purchase from toni & guy & 250 points from model me haircare range.

Send me a PM if you'd like to take either one off my hands and I'll send them out in the post tomorrow.

Update: Model Me Voucher has gone now.
    Ebay: £34.68

Did the coupon beep? Could you post a pic of the set you got? I have one med pregnancy bogof voucher left, and that sounds like a good way to use it!

The med pregnancy is BOGOF right now, so it sounds like the coupon is giving you one free, and the till is taking one off for the sale. Someone else tried this (inadvertently, she didn't know there was an offer on) and it didn't work (who was that?), but maybe her SA didn't scan the coupon after all? Seems like he wasn't being helpful, since as the stuff was already BOGOF he should've given her the coupon back if it didn't work, instead she only got one item free -- which she would've done without the coupon as it was on sale!
