Product replacement at Sainsbury's

I went into our smallish local Sainsbury's last weekend and picked up the recipe card for the salmon fishcakes which are shown on one of their latest Jamie Oliver TV ads. When I looked for the 'economy' salmon that he uses (price about £2.44), there wasn't any. I asked an assistant if they had some and when she couldn't find any, she checked the quantity that the recipe needed and pulled out a pack of their better quality salmon (price about £5.99), wrote a special voucher for me to hand over at the checkout and I got them for the economy price. I didn't know they'd do this, but evidently if they don't seem to have one of their own advertised products, it's worth asking an assistant to look for it before you decide to shop for an equivalent somewhere else!
