Which mortgage product?

Hi,
I'm after a £98k repayment mortgage over 13 years with optional over payments, low application fee, survey, etc that comes in less than £1k per month. My IFA has suggested there are better deals direct than going through him nowadays. HSBC life time tracker seems to tick all the boxes (well more than my own bank, A&L).
Advice from the MSE community is always valued - thats why I come back here!
Best,
Phil

HSBC's tracker product is certainly competitive. Not sure what you're after exactly so hard to say what would be 'best' for you.0

Best bet would be to follow your IFAs advice
Seeing as no one knows your scenario, yourbest bet would be to look on a comparison site like moneyfactsI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
