Peugeot Lottery win - Scam? Please help!

Hi All,
Would really appreciate your advice. Received an email today (which went into spam folder, incidently) congratulating me on winning the Peugeot Lottery..... Thing is, it all sounds a bit much. Apparently Ive won a Peugeot 407 and £500,000. That's too much, isnt it? It's a scam, surely?! I have to reply to the email with my name, address, sex, age, occupation, phone no and country. I can either email a hotmail address or phone a mobile number.... The more I type this, the more it screams scam at me!
Would appreciate some of your advice,
