Sending you a big :grouphug: sounds like you need one xx

You can get loads for £15.....Pasta is cheap & how about looking on the old style board they have loads of ideas for cooking on a very low budget. There is a thread for meals for 50p somewhere too.

    What's happened KinkyJinks?

Jinks OH is being an A$shole!

I thought kwikfit was on the pricey side Sar:confused: are there no independently owned garages around? They are usually much cheaper.

Brake pads will be fairly cheap, tracking-some places do that for cheap-search online and see if any garages have got any deals before you go!
That's ok then... the brakes have been squeaking a while but I just presumed it was dust as I'd been running up the chase alot. Haven't been up the chase in a while and they're still squeaking so I guess it's not dust! lol

Indebt, have you checked out the os board for some cheap meal ideas?
If I was you, I'd get a massive bag of pasta, a few tins of chopped tomatoes, few onions and peppers and just have a pasta meal every night. VERY boring I know, but it'll keep you within your budget.

Or, get a few loaves of bread and a few jacket potatoes, a slab of cheese, 4/5 tins of cheapo beans/spaghetti. Thay should sort you for the week. 3rd July sounds ages away (I think it's cos June has gone so quickly...??), but it's actually 1 week today.

I know this cos 1 week on Monday is my birthday :D
Thats the day I become old...

    xx

I remember in a bit of a temper tantrum of mine I had a 2litre bottle of lemonade in my hand so decided to be all dramatic and shake it up then aim it at OH to soak him....................slight flaw in my plan was the fact that when you unscrew the cap the fizz actully shoots back towards you:o :rotfl:

I have smashed the odd plate on the floor:o...........that feels FAB:rotfl:

They might just need oiling/water Sar, my breaks are squeaking loads and it's just because the weather's been dry. Very annoying though
