By entering this competition, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The competition is open to all users who are UK resident aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of Tiscali, Savapoint and any affiliates, subsidiary companies as well as representatives or agents and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the promotions. 4. NOW EXTENDED - All entries must be received by midnight 30th June 2008 (UK time) and the draw will take place within 10 working days. Winners will be formally notified within 14 days of the draw date.

Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Tiscali and Savapoint or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion or publication of such entries to Tiscali and Savapoint. Winners agree to grant Tiscali and Savapoint or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

6. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.

7. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes will be offered.

Maybe late to point out but it doesn't actually say that it open only to Tiscali users unless I am missing something. I would presume if it was open to them it would be a site you had to log in with your tiscali email address?
