    A reasonable distance for one person might not be reasonable for another. Like if you have to pick the kids up, you don't drive, and then they move you 20 miles away, that would be unreasonable. But for someone with a car and no responsibilites it would not be a problem. It depends on the individual. But most employers wouldn't care, and their attitudes are generally 'it's your problem'.
    I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?
