There is a system by a company called cTech3000 which offers to make cars more fuel efficient.
See its website
They have offered me a free installation of it to try. Yet as some may know I'm a Smart car driver.
I would like a MoneySaver to test it for me. You need to be willing to first take notes of your average fuel usage over different conditions before hand. And compare it to the usage afterwards and write me as detailed a briefing as you can.
They have agreed to offer this as a one off free trial - so whoever gets it gains the sytem
For (their) ease it needs to be someone in the South East of the country.
Please reply if you are interested. Priority will be given to those with over 100 posts already, any expertise of cars or testing products. After that it will be done at random

Hi Martin,
I'd certainly be interested. I have a company car, but my wife owns her own car and commutes between Watford (where we live) and Welwyn every day.
Cheers

It sounds great Martin and I was gonna offer up my services but I've rung motorbility and they said I can't modify the car sigh oh well I would've been happy to help otherwise.

Shame it's South East... i could do with getting more MPG's rather than my impressive 230
-
I'd be up for it but think i'd be a bit too far north and it'd depend on if it effects the cars performance :P
Not that i drive quick or anything, lol
Sounds good if it's true though, i'd save nearly £2k over 100k miles :o mind you, if there's no other offers i'd drive down just to kill some hours ;D i'd soon know if it works
EDIT: oh and how much are the refils!0 -
Hi
I would be willing to give this a try. I am based in the South East, and commute roughly 60/day excluding social travelling.
My car also has a trip computer which calculates per journey, as well as a running total mpg so any change in the petrol consumption will be easy to tell!
Regards

I would be willing to try it, just bought a new car so wont be changing it for about 3 years.

!
This is a sort of holy grail of automotive engineering. Seems kind of surprising to me that this little company in Phoenix has succeeded when all the big companies have failed.
As if that's not surprising enough, it beggars belief that they are selling the technology as an after-market add-on, when they could make a REAL fortune for a fraction of the trouble selling the technology to one of the big manufacturers.
Of course, none of this is surprising if the system does not work as claimed.
GeoffNo reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
