Need A Gas Person In Bristol

Can any one recomend a gas person please in the Bristol area. One that knows a bit about back boilers and isn't too pricey.

You could try posting on 'In my home' and describe what's wrong, you might get an idea what could be wrong and whether it's a 'need a new boiler' scenario or whether there might be cheaper remedies!

That way when someone comes to look at it you'll get an idea whether they're talking through their backside or not!

Partners dad managed to find someone who is cheapish but corgi registered etc. It just needed a service so we are happy again now and we have hot water and heating .

I'd still recommend the people in post 2. Since I posted that they've fitted a new boiler at home and a new boiler at work, and I cannot fault them. At work we got several quotes, including one which wanted to renew our supply pipe to the mains for reasons which escape me: think digging a trench in a solid floor through a church hall kind of room to get an idea of the level of disruption and costs we were facing!
