I received mine...used it..OMG! I cannot describe how awful it was! The wax would not come off ..in the end I had to scrape it off with a knife! :eek: And to make things worse it did not even remove the hair! Certainly wont be trying that again in a hurry

Did you try using the wipe to remove the wax? If you didn't manage to get all of the wax off, try using some baby oil.

I did use the wipe ...and several baby wipes ..and finally the knife!:rotfl:
