I used these and it did hurt not much tho but it left a funny mark on my leg where I used it luckily I didn't do the whole leg. It was like a burn and is still there over a month later. Not saying this will happen to everyone just try a sample bit first0

My daughter used these for the first time two weeks ago and did a test strip as suggested. The test did not cause any reaction on her skin but it also did not remove any hair. The instructions said that if that happens, to improve the hair removal you should exfoliate first, so she did this and applied it to her leg. When she removed the strips they took off a layer of her skin which has left scarring and her leg was red raw!
She went to her doctor who said it will take at least a month to heal and there was no guarantee there would be no permanent scarring! We took photos as evidence and then contacted Veet who said they would send out an personal injuries form. Two weeks later and still no word from them, despite emails to back up the phone call.
She was in so much pain with this that for the first week she could not bear to shower and even now can only take a cool shower. The marks are still as prominent and she has to wear trousers to cover them in this heat.
I would hate to think that anyone else should suffer the same. She does not have sensitive skin on her legs and the test strip did not cause any problems. She did follow the instructions fully . . so please, be aware of this if you are considering losing your 'virginity' to Veet.
I will keep you posted if anyone is interested on the eventual outcome regarding contact with Veet. What goes around - comes around
