    My letter said the survey would arrive on Tues 7th July, so I was expecting it either today or yesterday, but nothing yet :(

    I have had an email back guys just saying thanks for helping and the link for the survey is enclosed, so If you dont yet have it then I would suggest sending them an email and asking for it to be forwarded!
    Hope this helps and if anyone needs the email address its on the letter tht was sent with the leaflets, failing that I have it
