I have had the same experiences with secretsales, they have delivered 7/10 orders. Usually I get a delivery of part order and then check email for the feeble excuse for out of stock items - clearly overselling, prob adapted the airline selling model . Their customer service is quite rude, slow and poor... but those 7 orders (without and contact with cust services) were very good value and saved me a lot of money. I'm on the fence.
