I'm new around here, so I hope this is acceptable....

I was just buying some shirts in the sale at Charles Tyrwhitt** - and I was rewarded with £40 off an £80 case of Virgin Wines using their Wine Bank. I'm not sure what the wine bank is but the voucher seems to be available to anyone:

    Code: CHARLEST40
    Password: WINEBANK

Go here to redeem: virginwines.com/vouchers/customer_landing.jsp (I'm new and can't link).

Hope some of you drinkers find it useful

Thanks for the free p+p link!

  • Following a tip from a tesco employee friend, i used Saturday's Telegraph £10 off Waitrose £50 spend voucher to get £10 off my weekly shop at Tesco. Ok the paper is £1.90 buts that still £8.10 in profit. A further 2 vouchers, each worth £10 each are due to be published over weekends 16th/17th and 23rd/24th January.;)
  • Have just come across a 10% discount code for outdoor clothing retailer clearwater-outdoor.com. They are currently running a 10% discount in association with Rock Radio in Scotland.

The discount code to use is 'rockradio'.

Thought it might be appropriate to let people know about this code given the cold weather!!

Yep, you can still use most Supermarket competitors' total spend vouchers at Tesco even though they have stopped their 'other' coupon policy (i.e. they no longer allow you to use a money-off product coupon unless you buy the right product).

So you can certainly use the £10 offs that are in the Telegraph each weekend in January.

Expect an argument with clueless staff though (typical Tesco) and don't believe them if they say 'store discretion, we don't take these' or 'the policy has changed'. It has not and there is no store discretion, the competitor doesn't even have to have a store nearby.

These vouchers are for use instore only I think.
