I have used the recipe you posted for bean burgers, they are firming up in my fridge and look yum. However the mixture makes 8 HUGE burgers, can i freeze the burgers as they are? I obviously dont want to waste them, although i could have them for lunch tomorrow i suppose;)

is it the chickpea burgers you are reffering to?? if it is i have made them and frozen them, when you defrost them they get a bit sticky so you can add more flour to the outside to firm them up again or cook from frozen.Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. Yes, you can freeze them as they are then cook from frozen. xMay all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
