:j Just been to B& Q in Coleraine who have a supply of 20W(100W equivalent light bulbs free to give away compliments of NIE. All you have to do is fill out a survey on energy saving measures.
There doesn't seem to be any limit on the amount of times you can fill out the survey ( which is voluntary anyway!!)
The girl at the cash desk in Coleraine just told us to lift one bulb each and take the survey home with no pressure to even complete it.
I don't know if it is all stores or just Coleraine but it seems to be a province wide NIE promotion.

All it costs you is the phone call (4p p/min) and the cost of a stamp to send off the envelope. It states in the small print that they don't share your info, and only keep it for more energy saving offers. :TOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
