Prudential Reattibution And Mums Pension Help!!

My mum is 60 this year she has three pensions

State
Company (local county council)
Prudential

She wants to take the Pru pension which she has been paying into since the late 80's but worries whether she will lose her rights to the potential Prudential Reattibution that may be paid by the Pru to its with Profits customers or because her pension will remain invested with the Pru and she will have a monthly payout with the bulk remaining invested in Pru's funds whether this will be unaffected can anybody help to answer this question?

All we can find anywhere is that despite pressure from the FSA Pru are still dragging their feet over a decision I know NU are about to announce their reattibution in the next few weeks if we can answer the question about the Pru its one less thing for mum to worry about.

Thanks all

The Pru has no timetable for a reattribution, it's just an idea.I wouldn't rely on it.And she certianly shouldn't be talked into buying a Pru with profits annuity just so as to get a windfall, very bad idea.
    Trying to keep it simple...;)
