How Do you Feel Now you have sorted Things Out?

I've had a bit of a lightbulb moment today....
I realise that even though I faced up to my debts two years ago (50K) and went into a DMP and even though I ensure that I budget so that I can pay my DMP, my basic living expenses and still have £10 a week to spend on me...(I find little things like a nice bath oil or good book once a week just make all the difference). I still feel totally guilty about the mess I am in and feel that my creditors must be gnashing their teeth every time I enjoy life.
Weird I know so tell me am I totally strange or does anyone else feel like this?

lindy don't feel guilty bout facing up to your responsibilities. plenty of people just walk away (easily now) specially if they move to a different country like you!
you can bet the banks don't feel a bit guilty about having charged you probably ludicrous interest rates in the past which prob contributed to your getting into trouble in the first place.0 -
Hello. You are facing up to your debt & making repayments, you HAVE to have something left to spend on yourself, otherwise life can be very miserable!!
What is your debt down to now/how many repayments do you have left?
Dont you find though, that these smaller things, like a bath oil or new book - things that dont cost the earth, mean so much more than wasting your money on silly things?
Just stick at it, thats the hardest part, but it will soon be over & you will wonder where the time has gone!!!
Have a good weekend
