j2 have written to me and have called my next door neighbour....last year we had lowells chase us over a stat barred issue ..they went away but up pops this lot ...i d like the strongest response possible in view of my elderly neighbour getting anxious re the message j2 left on her answer machine...thank you for any help you can give us this is a stat barred thing for sure..thank you

Taking away the stat barred issue Im sure this would be a breach of the DPA anyway discussing/mentioning you to your next door neighbour.


Dramatic it may seem, but what if you were on witness protection/battered wife in hiding etc.

Dont have the link but would suggest reporting to the information commissioner and a copy of the letter to J2

do you think an email requesting them to make plain in their correspondence the purpose of their contact and reminding them of harrassment issues which i would copy to the correct legal bodies?

all the letter says is referring to "our previous correspondence"addressed to the occupier.......requesting a call to advise of the matter in hand
