CCJ's and i need a business account

Hi guys,
I am a newbie to some of this but I need some quick help for two issues.
Over the last two years I have done what I thought was best to avoid bad credit marks and CCJ’s and bankruptcy, and not claimed dole or state benefits. Guess it was not enough selling my flat in London and relocating to Swindon where it is cheaper, getting rid of mortgage and clearing some debts and living off the remainder for 10 months while I could not find any work.
Part 1:
I have a pending CCJ from First plus, which I am annoyed about as I have talked to all my other creditors and they have worked with me to find payments that I can make. Unlike first plus who would not and neither would there appointed lawyers
I don't have a chance of paying the remaining loan back in full with my current financial situation.
What do I do?
If I mange to be a good payer on everything will my credit rating get better even though it shows the CCJ?
Does the CCJ get removed from 6 years from the day it is placed on your file or 6 years from the completed repayment?
Part 2:
I have just landed a reasonable contract that will pay a nice sum per month but I can’t get a Business Account? I know the last time I checked my credit rating was 346 or close to that. Is it the combination of this plus the fact that I moved in December 2006 then Sept of last year?
I have just received the paperwork for the CCJ (mentioned above), would this have stopped me form getting a Business Account for a sole trader with no credit facilities two weeks ago?
If so does anyone know how I can get a business account because Lloyds TSB turned me down and I know every reference and denial counts against you?.
The reason why I need this account is because the contract is for an overseas company and really need me to have a trading as/Business account.
Help, I really can’t see a solution.

i do not see a way around this one i do know what you mean when we started our two business"es know one would give us a business account so we had to run them on a basic bank account it just mkaes it awkward as we have to pay all bills in cash , are you sure they will not take an ordinary account??0

We are trying to see if they can get round it, but they are having issues with it.
Thing that is the bad about the account situation is that i don't want a lona or an overdraft or even a cash card. so long as i can access it vis the internet i will be just fine and dandy.
But thanks for your input.

Natwest direct business banking
it is a natwest account you you dont have a business manager in branch it is all done over the phone. They call you weekly. You are entitled to a solo card. Only thing is account charges are slightly more expensive, ie banking a cheque, paying in cash etc..
My OH had a CCJ and we struggled we literally had days to bank some business cheques before they expired, eventually natwest let us as we had a joint account with them and i had a good score.
they have been very helpful to us, we have been offered everything, overdraft, business card - 3 years on but we've declined it all as dont need it. I must say the account manager we have is very helpful.
anyway, i'm waffling now! Good luck14.05.2015 22106.60

Based on the things you guys said on this post i decided to test the loyalty of Barclay's to it's customers...... I hear the grumbles and imagine the dropped jaws.
Barclay's has approved me having the most basic of business accounts with 12 months free business banking. So for all of Barclay's faults they have come up trumps this time.
But i mainly wanted to say thanks for the suggestions and the support, and hope i can return the favor some time.
Rgds.
