Advice wanted ref restarant wins..

Hi Guys

I won a meal at Aldo Zillis restaurant in Feb, its a voucher for a meal to the value of £100. Its expires next month and i want to take OH for his bday.

Question is, when i phone to book should i mention being a competition winner or not, i dont want to get inferior service because im not a paying customer??

When I won a night at The Berkeley Hotel I mentioned it was a competition win when I booked it and the staff were really nice and excited for me! When I got there they had made a note of it and they were full of congratulations... might work for you too?

Congratulations on the win, I would mention it after you are seated, just to be on the safe side that there is not a problem with the voucher, most waiters/ waitresses arenice regardless as they want a tip.
