    anti scar cream. but judging by the picture on the sample, the first wound looks just like the stitches have just come out, and the second picture was probably taken several weeks when it would be well healed anyway.......bit dubious. but then i am a registered nurse.....
    but what the heck i am always willing to give things the benefit of the doubt.
