For telephone sales please call 0844 561 1111, where our experienced sales team will be happy to process your order. Please note that a £5 transaction fee applies to telesales orders.
The telesales transaction fee will not apply to orders placed via our Price Match Promise helpline (0844 800 9090) provided your price match request is valid and verified. However, if your price match request is invalid or cannot be verified, you will be given the option to proceed with the order via the helpline at the current Dixons.co.uk price and the £5 telesales transaction fee will apply. Orders placed online at Dixons.co.uk are not subject to the telesales transaction fee.

Well, the phone was answered by an automated message saying it was the Price Match Helpline, but the woman who answered was adamant that as of last week they no longer price-match.
According to her, the paragraph about the £5 charge not applying if you buy via the Price Match Helpline is not there on her screen. I even pointed out that the answering machine states it's the Price Match Helpline, but she was insistent that they can't do it anymore0 -
Amazon currently have the TZ5 for £204.24, qualifying for free 'Supersaver' delivery, and you can have a free Lowepro Ridge 20 camera case with it. Until you actually go through checkout, it looks like you are going to be charged for the case, but the cost of the case is deducted from the bill just before the final payment stage.
If you sign up for the free one-month trial of Amazon Prime, you can get free one-day delivery instead of the Supersaver delivery (which takes longer to arrive). Just don't forget to cancel the Amazon Prime agreement before the month is up, or you will find the £49 annual charge being deducted from your credit card. Of course, if you order a lot of eligible items over the course of the year, and usually pay for first-class or one-day delivery, Amazon Prime might actually save you money.0
