Is your husband currently paying anything towards his debts? If so and he is going BR then he needs to stop and if possible use the money he wo0uld be paying his creditors to pay for BR.
The fee is £495 however if he is on benefits then he should be exempt from the court fee £150 which leaves £345 to pay.
If he hasn't already he should really contact CCCS, CAB or national debtline to get free advice.
There is a bankruptcy sub forum attached to this one where any specific bankruptcy questions can be answered
:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0
