Can anyone help me?
I have just had the new version of Office 2007 Professional installed on my computer and ever since it has been giving me problems with my Lexmark P4350 (All in one).
When I print in Microsoft Outlook, it tells me that the Prop Bitmap DLL is not loaded and when I click OK, it prints.
I am now trying to scan something and it says that the Scan was not successful and to try disconnecting, turning off, restarting, etc. I have done all of the things but with no luck.
Can anyone help me PLEASE or else I will have to call out a computer engineer and that would NOT be money saving!
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried checking the Lexmark site for the latest drivers for your printer ?0

No-one likes lexmark.
Try uninstalling the lexmark drivers (ohh, not easy) and reinstall first.0 -
Thanks for these - I have gone onto the Lexmark website and downloaded the driver again - it said 'you already have this driver' and I told it to update and it's working fine now....! It's funny this technology stuff..... Lol!!
